LeadingAge Ohio (formerly AOPHA)
Represents approximately 400 nonprofit long-term care facilities located in more than 150 Ohio towns and cities, as well as those providing ancillary health care and housing services. LeadingAge Ohio-member facilities serve more than 50,000 elderly Ohioans daily and employ more than 20,000 persons statewide.

Ohio Department of Aging (ODA)

Administration on Aging
Federal agency responsible for advancing the concerns and interests of older people and their caregivers. AoA works with and through the Aging Services Network to promote the development of a comprehensive and coordinated system of home and community-based long-term care that is responsive to the needs and preferences of older people and their family caregivers.

Administration for Community Living
Includes the efforts and achievements of the Administration on Aging, the Office on Disability and the Administration on Developmental Disabilities in a single agency, with enhanced policy and program support for both cross-cutting initiatives and efforts focused on the unique needs of individual groups such as children with developmental disabilities, adults with physical disabilities, or seniors, including seniors with Alzheimer's.
