Winterlicious Returns to Benjamin Rose for Exclusive Cooking Class and Tasting with Master Chef Mario Reyes

CLEVELAND, OHIO (February 29, 2024)- Winterlicious is back to add some flavor to the dreary winter nights! Join Master Chef Mario Reyes of TRIO Community Meals for an in-person cooking class and tasting which will walk you through the creation of a delicious five-course meal.

Chef Mario Reyes boasts an impressive culinary career spanning across prestigious hotels and international competitions. As the Director of Culinary and Innovation for TRIO Community Meals, Chef Reyes brings his passion for cooking and love for people to create nutritious and delicious meals for seniors.

The mouthwatering menu for the evening includes Chicken Tortilla Soup, Romesco Cavatappi, Salmon Medallion with Creamed Leeks, Paella Criolla, and Stewed Cherries & Berries with Maple Mascarpone. Each participant will receive recipes for all dishes served, tasting portions, wine pairings, and the chance to engage with Chef Mario and ask him cooking questions.

Seating is limited, so don't miss out on this extraordinary culinary experience. Regular tickets are priced at $125 and include all five tasting courses and wine pairings. For those seeking an enhanced experience, VIP tickets are available for $200, offering priority seating in the first two rows for an up-close view of Chef Mario's culinary expertise.
