Research Services

The Center for Research and Education of Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging has expertise in:

  • Developing and conducting customized program evaluation to determine the acceptability, feasibility, efficacy and effectiveness of programs, and to improve the quality of services
  • Conducting consumer satisfaction research, including translating results into recommendations for quality improvement
